Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jeddah for a Kitchen Technician. In this position, the technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Key tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting regular inspections, and advising on best practices for equipment use and maintenance. While the role primarily requires on-site work at client locations, some remote tasks can be performed from home.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in maintaining and repairing food preparation and cooking equipment
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and practices in commercial kitchen environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and resolve issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to hybrid work settings
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical equipment malfunctions
• Proficiency in organizing and documenting maintenance tasks
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen technician or maintenance role preferred
• High school diploma or relevant technical certification is required
