Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic KOL Business Development (BD) professional to drive partnerships and collaborations within the crypto ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key industry stakeholders—including influencers, brokers, and KOLs—to create meaningful business opportunities. This role requires a mix of market insight, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to help our exchange expand its influence and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key crypto industry stakeholders, including influencers, brokers, and KOLs.
- Identify potential partnerships and business opportunities to expand KuCoin's market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to identify new product opportunities and improvements based on market needs and customer feedback.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in the cryptocurrency space.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Requirements:
- Passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies.
- At least 1.5 years of sales or business development experience in the crypto industry.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to make an impact in a rapidly evolving and uncertain space.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand market needs and execute effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
