Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead KOL acquisition and activation across MENA.

This is not a traditional account management role. The focus is on building, activating, and scaling a high-performing KOL network that directly contributes to trading volume and user activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential KOLs and partners across MENA markets, with a strong focus on generating trading activity

• Build and expand a scalable KOL pipeline, including:

  • New KOL acquisition
  • Reactivation of inactive or underperforming partners

• Own KOL performance end-to-end, including:

  • Activation (first trading activity)
  • Volume generation
  • Ongoing engagement and retention

• Execute KOL growth strategies

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to:

  • Launch campaigns and trading competitions
  • Improve KOL activation and user engagement
  • Support go-to-market initiatives

• Track and optimize KPIs

• Identify and manage risks

• Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations to improve growth and execution

Qualifications

• +2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in:

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Performance-driven affiliate environments

• Strong understanding of the MENA market and KOL ecosystem

• Proven experience in:

  • Working with KOLs / affiliates
  • CPA or performance-based models
  • User acquisition funnels

• Existing network of KOLs in MENA is a strong advantage

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• Ability to identify high-performing KOLs and filter low-quality partners

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving structure

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Optimize results

• Solid understanding of:

  • Crypto trading products
  • User acquisition strategies
  • Incentive-driven growth models
