About the Role

We are looking for a KOL BD Manager to spearhead our expansion in the Middle East. In this role, as part of the Global Marketing team, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with KOLs, content creators, and media networks within the Web3, crypto and fintech ecosystem.

You'll play a key role in driving brand growth, user acquisition, and trading activity through impactful KOL collaborations.

You will, among others:

• Identify, connect with, and develop partnerships with KOLs, KOCs, and MCN agencies in the Dubai market, building and continuously optimizing the regional KOL resource network.
• Independently manage commercial negotiations with top-tier and mid-tier KOLs
• Ensure efficient execution and stable output from collaborations.
• Develop differentiated KOL collaboration strategies based on regional market characteristics and product growth objectives, including leveraging content creation and campaigns initiatives.
• Monitor core KOL performance metrics
• Maintain strong awareness of regional market trends, industry developments, and competitors KOL strategies.
• Produce insight reports to support business and strategic decision-making.
