Position: FX Sales Retention Agent (Korean)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
- Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients
- Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
- Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle
- Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
- Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Korean, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory
- Prior experience in a Retention role within Forex/CFD brokerage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
- Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with international brokerage teams
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
- Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment.
