About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking KPO Associates to join our team in Cairo. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates/entry-level candidates and experienced professionals.

The successful candidate will support international clients by performing knowledge-based research, data processing, documentation, analysis, and back-office operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Handle German-language KPO and back-office processes for international clients.

Review, validate, and process business information and documents.

Perform online research and collect relevant information from reliable sources.

Analyze and organize data according to defined processes and guidelines.

Prepare reports, summaries, and business documentation.

Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases.

Communicate with internal teams and international stakeholders in German and English.

Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Identify discrepancies and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Meet defined productivity, accuracy, turnaround-time, and quality targets.

Maintain confidentiality of client and business information.

Candidate Requirements

For Freshers / Entry-Level Candidates

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Languages, Economics, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good written and spoken German communication skills.

German B1/B2 or above preferred, depending on the process.

Good English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and internet research.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

German-language roles in Egypt commonly specify B1+/B2 or higher, while some programs and employers target B2/C1 proficiency. Therefore, the exact German level can be adjusted according to the client/process requirement.

For Experienced Candidates

1–5+ years of experience in KPO, BPO, shared services, research, data processing, back-office operations, customer support, or related areas.

Experience handling international/German-speaking clients is an advantage.

Strong German communication skills, preferably B2/C1+.

Experience with Excel, CRM, ERP, ticketing, or workflow systems is desirable.

Ability to work independently and meet process SLAs/KPIs.
