ROLE SUMMARY
The L&D Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the various L&D projects at the Center of Excellence. This role is expected to be performed by a digital oriented and tec-savvy professional with strong design thinking and project management skills. The professional needs to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of how technology can help the company achieving its goals and manage smoothly the operation of the different L&D digital projects

ROLE PROFILE

• Lead The L&D Digital Team Supporting Colleagues And Peers To Help Achieve Overall Digital And Team Goals
• Liaise With Business Stakeholders The L&D Digital Expectations During Project Life Cycle Ensuring Successful Delivery
• Work In Collaboration With The L&D Business Partners And Maf Retail Regions To Identify New Development Ideas, Define Requirements And Propose Digital Solutions
• Scope L&D Digital Project Requirements, Assign Resources, Propose & Liaise The Budget
• Liaise Action/ Mitigation Plans To Deliver L&D Projects As Per The Expectations And Resolve Issues
• Effectively Oversee The Design Of Engaging Learning Activities, Assignments, And Assessments Aligned With Content Which Creates Visual Appeal To Enhance Initiatives At MAFRetail
• Ensure That Digital Journeys Created, Are Clearly Aligned With Provided Content, Brand, And Outcomes Of Initiatives
• Identify And Seek Professional Development Opportunities To Improve Leadership And Technical Skills Pertaining To The Direct Line Of Work Proactively

REQUIREMENTS

• Bs Or Ma Degree In Communication, Digital Marketing, Instructional Design, Education Technology Or Related Field
• Project Management/ Agile Certification
• 7+ Years Relevant Experience In A Similar Role
• Proven Record As A Digital Project Manager With Examples Of Work
• Tech Savvy And Digital Authoring Skills Using Adobe, Creative Cloud, Illustrator Etc, E-Learning Storyboarding
• Knowledge Of Learning Theories And Instructional Design Models, Microsoft Office And Design Software (Articulate, Vyond, Etc.)
