Position Summary
Kuwait Technical College invites applications for the position of Lab Instructor Computer Engineering. The successful candidate will support laboratory-based instruction, assist students in developing practical engineering skills, and contribute to the effective delivery of the Computer Engineering curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise laboratory sessions in the school of Information System Technology.
- Demonstrate laboratory experiments and practical applications.
- Assist students in developing technical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and software.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and operational standards.
- Support faculty members in laboratory instruction and assessment activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum enhancement, and quality assurance initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Degree awarded by an accredited university through traditional, on-campus study.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, embedded systems, digital logic, networking, or related engineering technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an academic laboratory or engineering environment.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and educational technologies.
- Industry certifications related to Computer Engineering are an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to student learning and laboratory excellence.
