We are seeking a highly experienced Lab Technical Manager to head our in-house dental design division. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining deep laboratory expertise with strong clinical communication. You will be the primary liaison between our design team and referring dentists, ensuring every restoration meets the highest standard of accuracy and quality.

⚠ Essential: Minimum 4 years full-time, on-site experience within a dental laboratory. Candidates from remote-design, freelance, or clinic-only backgrounds will not be considered.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage the CAD design team day-to-day
• Serve as primary point of contact with referring dentists, translating clinical prescriptions into precise, high-quality restorations
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of all CAD/CAM outputs
• Coordinate design workflows and manage project timelines
• Ensure compliance with clinical and industry standards
• Drive adoption of the latest digital dentistry advancements
• Collaborate across Photon's radiology, lab, and guided surgery divisions

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 4 years hands-on dental laboratory experience (in-lab, full-time, on-site)
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong communication skills and professional engagement with referring dentists
• Proficiency in dental CAD/CAM software (exocad, 3Shape, or equivalent)
• Solid project-management ability — multitasking, prioritisation, deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry

★ Strongly Preferred MSc or PhD in Prosthodontics. A postgraduate prosthodontic qualification is a significant advantage and will be prioritised in shortlisting.
