Role Purpose
To perform laboratory testing of construction materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, supporting Innovo's quality objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct tests on concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and soil samples.
- Prepare and submit test reports to QA/QC and project teams.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with third-party labs for external testing requirements.
- Maintain testing records and ensure timely submission for approval.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain laboratory housekeeping standards.
- Assist in developing and revising lab testing procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Material Science.
- 2–3 years lab testing experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in laboratory standards and procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
