Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Labor Supply role based in Dubai. The position involves providing assistance to retail stocking during night shifts, participating in general warehouse logistics, site maintenance, and other labor-focused duties. The role will also entail working closely with facility management teams to ensure the smooth operation of assigned tasks in various locations across Dubai.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail stocking, warehouse logistics, and general site support
- Familiarity with facility maintenance, cleaning, and industrial upkeep operations
- Strong teamwork, physical stamina, and commitment to meeting operational deadlines
- Knowledge of UAE occupational health and safety standards is a plus
- Ability to adapt to night shift schedules and on-site workplace requirements
- Basic communication skills in English for coordination and reporting
- Previous experience in labor supply or similar roles is an advantage
- Valid UAE residency or eligible to work under company sponsorship
