Laboratory Chemist

Job Responsibility

Conduct daily testing for parameters like pH, Conductivity, TDS, Alkalinity, Hardness,

Chloride, Sulphate, free chlorine, Phosphate, Iron, Alkalinity, other all wet analysis and

Silica.

Prepare reagents and standard solutions as per SOPs.

Calibrate and maintain instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and

spectrophotometers.

Enter raw data and results accurately into LIMS under supervision.

Flag abnormal results and coordinate retests with the other Chemists.

Register samples, label, preserve, and maintain chain of custody.

Participate in internal QC testing and maintain reagent inventory.

Assist in Quality Document preparation and client reporting.

Act as lead chemist and assist Technical Manager.

Required

2+years of experience in water testing analysis.

Education - Chemical background is must.

Fluency in English communication.

Comfortable to work in shifts (if required).

Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge about water analysis.

Salary range - AED3,500 - AED4,500 per month
