Laboratory Material Testing Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented, dedicated, and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep, repair and calibration of our specialized laboratory equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machines used in testing concrete, soil, cement and asphalt materials.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems with the ability to clearly communicate machine operations and settings to customers.

Responsibilities

· Conduct maintenance procedures for concrete, soil and asphalt labs equipment.

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for different machines.

· Utilize performance monitoring techniques to identify potential issues and optimize equipment performance.

· Collaborate with the team to install different machines lab and implement maintenance strategies for lab construction materials testing machines.

· Maintain accurate maintenance and calibrations for concrete, soil and asphalt material testing laboratory equipment.
