Lead a high-performing laboratory operation with full accountability for P&L, client relationships, technical excellence, service diversification, and on-time delivery. Serve as the face of the business for customers and regulators, while developing a safe, inclusive, and high-integrity culture across a multinational team. This position reports directly to the Country Manager Testing and will interface with key clients across the Kingdom
About the Role
Testing will include; Soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel reinforcement, geotechnical tests, mix designs (Marshall/Superpave). Standards: ASTM, AASHTO, BS/EN.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership: revenue, margin, EBITDA, working capital.
- Client relations: manage large accounts (Aramco, Ma'aden, Ministry of Transport, EPCs).
- Technical governance: ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, method validity.
- Service diversification and growth.
- Financing and budgeting.
- Multicultural team leadership (Pakistani, Indian, Saudi Arabian, Filipino).
- Integrity, ethics, and compliance.
- Operational excellence: TAT, quality, safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Science; Master's preferred.
- 1015 years experience; More than 5 years in lab operations leadership with P&L responsibility.
- Strong client-facing communication; English required; Arabic preferred.
- Middle East experience highly desirable.
- Familiarity with LIMS/ERP and ISO standards.
