Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily laboratory operations and workflow
- Ensure compliance with CBAHI standards and hospital policies
- Supervise laboratory staff and duty schedules
- Maintain quality control and safety procedures
- Coordinate with medical and administrative departments
- Prepare reports and monitor laboratory KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Valid SCFHS classification
One of the following is mandatory:
- Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Laboratory Supervisor with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in hospital laboratories
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with CBAHI accreditation requirements is preferred
