We're hiring a Laboratory Technician / Chemist to join our Quality Control Department team!
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Arabicand English is a MUST.
- 1-3 yearsof experience in a dairy laboratory.
- Diploma/Bachelor'sin Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (Morning or Night)is required.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, samples, and finished products.
- Prepare and standardize chemicals and reagents; maintain calibration and operation of laboratory equipment.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and track trends to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist in product development and support the R&D team in testing and process optimization.
- Maintain safety and quality standards; report any non-conformances to relevant teams.
- Support packaging material testing and approval processes.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma /Bachelors in Food science, Food technology, Biochemistry, Dairy technology, Biotechnology, Food engineering, or related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a dairy laboratory.
- Knowledge of Dairy Chemistry and Food Product Development.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and quality control.
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving.
