Production Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for all Value-Added Services (VAS) and kitting operations.

Capacity Planning

  • Analyze incoming workload against available labor and equipment capacity.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and escalate any additional resource requirements.

Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor component and packaging material stock levels through MRP.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory availability to prevent production delays.

System Management

  • Utilize SAP extensively to release production orders, track execution progress, and close tasks for financial accuracy and compliance.

Cross-Functional Liaison

  • Serve as the key communication link between Sales/Demand Planning, COM team, and Operations.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and customer requirements.
