This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and passionate Group Fitness Instructor to join a growing business that is redefining the boutique fitness experience through high-quality coaching, exceptional member service and an empowering community.
The studio delivers high-energy, low-impact classes in both heated and non-heated environments, combining expertly programmed workouts with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.
The Role
As a Group Fitness Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional group exercise classes while creating an engaging and motivating experience for every member.
This role is about much more than leading a workout. The successful candidate will build genuine relationships with members, coach with confidence and precision, and help create an environment where clients feel supported, challenged and inspired.
We're Looking For:
- Experience teaching group fitness classes.
- A confident and engaging coaching style.
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to movement quality and coaching technique.
- A positive, energetic personality with a professional approach.
- Someone who thrives in a premium boutique fitness environment.
Experience teaching Pilates, Functional Training, Strength, HIIT, Barre or similar group exercise formats would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality group fitness classes.
- Coach members safely while providing exercise modifications and technique correction.
- Build strong relationships with members and contribute to an outstanding community culture.
- Maintain consistently high coaching standards across every class.
- Support member retention by creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the wider studio team.
