Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Land Investment Advisor will be responsible for identifying, advising on, and executing land and plot investment opportunities. The role requires strong commercial and investment acumen, deep market knowledge, and a well-established direct landlord and landowner network, with responsibility for supporting clients across the full land acquisition and investment advisory lifecycle while operating to the highest professional and ethical standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, source, evaluate, and negotiate land and plot investment opportunities across strategic locations.
  • Provide investment advisory services to clients, including analysis of land use potential, development feasibility, and investment positioning.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong direct landlord and landowner network.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on land plots, including zoning, planning regulations, permitted uses, and development constraints.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, valuers, planners, legal advisors, and other consultants to assess feasibility, risk, and investment viability.
  • Prepare and interpret market research and financial assessments, including land values, transaction costs, advisory fees, and development considerations.
  • Monitor land market trends, pricing movements, and investment activity to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and relevant government authorities to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Support negotiations through to transaction completion, ensuring all advisory and transactional activities are conducted in line with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in real estate investment, land advisory, development advisory, or related real estate roles.
  • Proven experience in real estate investment and advisory, with a strong track record of advising on land and plot opportunities.
  • Demonstrable direct landowner / landlord network within the local market.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market frameworks, including Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and relevant planning authorities.
  • Expertise in market research, financial modelling, and investment analysis to assess land viability, returns, and risk.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate market insight into clear investment recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple investment opportunities concurrently.
  • RICS membership or working towards RICS accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
