Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Land Surveyor role based in Abu Dhabi. The Land Surveyor will carry out field surveys for construction and infrastructure projects, including setting out, leveling, and measuring land and structures in coordination with project engineers and site teams. Daily tasks include operating total stations and other surveying instruments, collecting accurate topographic and boundary data, and preparing survey reports, drawings, and digital records. The role involves verifying dimensions and elevations, monitoring site progress against design plans, and providing precise survey inputs to fabrication, installation, and civil works. The Land Surveyor will also ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and QHSE requirements while maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Land Surveying and Surveying skills for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Total Station and related surveying instruments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Topographic Surveys for site assessments and design support.
• Candidates should possess Building Surveying experience for structural layouts, alignment, and as-built documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in survey software and CAD tools for data processing and drawing preparation.
• Knowledge of relevant local surveying standards, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work safely in active construction environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary site teams.
• Previous experience in steel fabrication, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
