Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves supporting daily last-mile delivery operations, coordinating with riders and drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across multiple client locations. Responsibilities may include scheduling and dispatching delivery resources, monitoring delivery performance, maintaining documentation, and addressing operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, adhering to company policies and safety standards, and providing clear communication to stakeholders to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage delivery schedules, routes, and daily operations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with riders, drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and delivery management tools, including spreadsheets and reporting software.
• Ability to solve problems quickly, handle time-sensitive issues, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of local geography in Dubai and the wider UAE, with familiarity navigating urban and commercial areas.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or last-mile delivery operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time, maintain professional conduct, and uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
