Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support our EPC construction project. The candidate will be responsible for accurate site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring all construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction surveys as per project requirements.
- Perform setting out, leveling, and alignment for civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
- Verify line, level, and dimensions of works in accordance with IFC drawings.
- Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference grids.
- Coordinate closely with construction engineers, site managers, and QA/QC teams.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure survey works comply with project specifications, EPC standards, and local authority requirements.
- Support quantity verification and progress measurement when required.
- Ensure proper care, calibration, and use of survey instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE or Middle East.
- Prior experience in EPC projects, power plants, oil & gas, or large infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related survey software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and tolerances.
- Ability to work full-time on project site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
