Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai and support the supervision and execution of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in surveying for roads, highways, utilities and associated infrastructure works, preferably within a consultant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographical and construction surveys for infrastructure projects.
• Perform setting-out for roads, highways, utilities, drainage and earthworks.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks and coordinates.
• Verify line, level, alignment and elevations against approved drawings.
• Conduct as-built and quantity surveys and maintain accurate survey records.
• Check contractor survey works and submitted survey data for compliance.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Site Engineers and Contractors.
• Prepare and verify as-built documentation.
• Operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and related surveying equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong infrastructure experience in roads, highways, utilities, drai nage and earthworks.
• UAE/GCC experience mandatory/preferred, with Dubai infrastructure experience highly desirable.
• Experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA and other Dubai authority projects is highly preferred.
• Consultant/supervision consultant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of setting-out, coordinates, levels and as-built surveys.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
