(A) Essential Job Functions:
The Land Surveyor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Perform setting out of works, including alignment, levels, and coordinates based on approved drawings.
- Establish and maintain survey control points (horizontal and vertical).
- Conduct topographic surveys and site measurements.
- Verify construction works to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and update survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total station, GPS, and levelling equipment.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on survey requirements.
- Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and drawings.
(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying or Geospatial Information and Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Surveyor.
