Landscape & Swimming Pool Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of hard landscaping works including pathways, retaining walls, planters, paving, kerbing, and street furniture.
• Manage soft landscaping works including topsoil preparation, planting of trees, shrubs, turf laying, and ground cover installation.
• Supervise irrigation system installation — mainlines, sub-mains, drip lines, sprinkler heads, and smart controllers.
• Manage full execution of swimming pool construction including excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and shotcrete/concrete works.
• Oversee waterproofing application, tiling, coping, and pool finishing works as per specifications.
• Supervise installation of pool mechanical and electrical systems — pumps, filters, pipework, lighting, and automation panels.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed logs of landscape conditions and activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in pool construction or pool operations (PWTAG or equivalent) are an advantage
• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on construction execution experience in landscape and swimming pool works
• At least 3 years of experience on UAE construction projects
• Proven track record delivering large-scale landscape and pool packages on residential, hospitality, or commercial developments
• Experience managing subcontractors, specialist suppliers, and multi-nationality site teams
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes — Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, or equivalent
