Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of hard landscaping works including pathways, retaining walls, planters, paving, kerbing, and street furniture.
- Manage soft landscaping works including topsoil preparation, planting of trees, shrubs, turf laying, and ground cover installation.
- Supervise irrigation system installation — mainlines, sub-mains, drip lines, sprinkler heads, and smart controllers.
- Manage full execution of swimming pool construction including excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and shotcrete/concrete works.
- Oversee waterproofing application, tiling, coping, and pool finishing works as per specifications.
- Supervise installation of pool mechanical and electrical systems — pumps, filters, pipework, lighting, and automation panels.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed logs of landscape conditions and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in pool construction or pool operations (PWTAG or equivalent) are an advantage
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on construction execution experience in landscape and swimming pool works
- At least 3 years of experience on UAE construction projects
- Proven track record delivering large-scale landscape and pool packages on residential, hospitality, or commercial developments
- Experience managing subcontractors, specialist suppliers, and multi-nationality site teams
- Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes — Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, or equivalent
