Job Summary
Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design process
Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers requirements
Work with Operations to achieve total customer satisfaction
Manage freelancer draftsman and visualizer when needed
Lead procurement of suitable material for projects
Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers
Prepare project estimates together with Operations
Generate business opportunities
Produce and update a database of plants used locally and their characteristics
Attend conferences and events seen as relevant to the activity
Manage marketing and branding, communication and social media
Perform additional duties as assigned by Managing Director
Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years working experience
Proficient in AutoCAd, Sketchup, Lumion, MS Office, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
Accredited Degree in Landscape Architecture
Develop Conceptual Proposals
Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals in 3D Renders, Hand drawings, CAD drawings and other relevant options
Prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD)
