Landscape Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire a skilled Architect for technical landscape design, on-site surveying, and client-facing sales. The candidate will manage the full lifecycle of backyard and pool projects from initial customer consultation and site measurement to technical drawing and final project pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with homeowners to identify requirements and provide practical, aesthetic design solutions.

Sales & Pitching: Present and sell design concepts to customers, ensuring alignment with their budget and technical feasibility.

Site Surveying: Conduct precise on-site measurements and analysis of existing site conditions for backyard and pool construction.

Technical Design: Produce detailed CAD layouts and high-quality 3D visualizations (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray) for client approval and construction.

Feasibility & Compliance: Ensure all designs are structurally sound, buildable, and compliant with Dubai local authority regulations.

Coordination: Act as the technical bridge between the client's vision and the construction team to resolve on-site execution challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

Language: Arabic speaker preferred.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.

Experience: Proven track record in residential landscape design and client management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software.

Licensing: Valid Dubai Driving License is mandatory for site visits.

Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills for sales, technical accuracy in drawings, and ability to work independently in the field.
