We are seeking a Landscape Design Manager to oversee landscape design and irrigation systems across our development portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead consultants, ensure sustainable design solutions, and contribute to the visual and functional excellence of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape design from concept through IFC.
- Lead and coordinate local and international landscape consultants.
- Review and approve planting plans, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials.
- Integrate designs with infrastructure and architectural works.
- Conduct value engineering to ensure sustainability and cost efficiency.
- Support tender evaluations and procurement processes.
- Participate in site visits, mock-up reviews, and material inspections.
- Develop standard templates and landscape design details for internal use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Urban Architecture or Architecture.
- 1012 years of experience in landscape design and implementation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of irrigation, horticultural systems, and sustainability principles.
