We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Draftsman to support our engineering and design teams by preparing accurate landscape drawings and documentation for our ongoing and upcoming developments.

Role Description:

To prepare detailed landscape drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on design inputs and project requirements, ensuring accuracy, coordination with other disciplines, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed landscape drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on approved landscape designs.

Develop drawings for hardscape works including paving layouts, kerbstones, walkways, pergolas, retaining walls, and landscape structures.

Prepare drawings for softscape works including planting layouts, irrigation layouts, turfing, and planting details.

Coordinate with architectural, civil, and landscape design teams to ensure proper integration of drawings.

Review and revise drawings based on engineer and consultant comments.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings and layout plans required for site execution.

Ensure drawings are delivered within project timelines to support construction progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 47 years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman in construction or engineering consultancy.

Strong experience in preparing hardscape and softscape drawings.

Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in AutoCAD for landscape drafting.

Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of landscape detailing and construction drawings.

Attention to detail and drawing accuracy.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage drawing revisions efficiently.
