Overall Objective of the Job
To design, plan, and oversee the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and sustainability while complying with environmental standards and project requirements.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop landscape designs and plans for projects, including green spaces, gardens, and outdoor areas.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability principles.
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and irrigation systems for landscape projects.
- Supervise and monitor landscape installation and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape
- designs with overall project plans.
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports for landscape works.
- Inspect sites to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work when assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
- Bachelor in Architecture/Landscape Engineering
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in both languages.
- Strong written skills for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
