Job Description
• Execute daily landscape activities on-site in accordance with approved drawings, project scope, and quality standards.
• Design new landscape and irrigation projects.
• Supervise contractors and workers during landscape execution to ensure proper implementation and adherence to timelines.
• Support the implementation of softscape works including planting, soil preparation, turfing, and irrigation installation.
• Follow up on hardscape activities such as paving, walkways, and outdoor elements to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and deviations to the Section Head.
• Review drawings and material submittals and ensure proper application on-site.
• Monitor installation and operation of irrigation systems (pipes, valves, sprinklers) and report any defects.
• Prepare snag lists and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Assist in implementing landscape maintenance activities and ensure proper upkeep of planted areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards on-site.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in landscape site execution
Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. – Presentation skills
Abilities & Attitude: Proficiency in MS Office – Fluency in English
