Landscape Inspector (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Inspector with a strong background in infrastructure projects to join our supervision team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site supervision experience inspecting hardscape and softscape works, ensuring construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect landscape works across roads, streetscapes, parks, public realm, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor hardscape works including paving, kerbstones, retaining walls, street furniture, and decorative finishes.
• Inspect softscape works including tree planting, shrubs, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation.
• Verify materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Witness inspections, tests, and mock-ups, and raise NCRs where required.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with HSE and authority standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of landscape inspection experience on Dubai infrastructure projects.
• Consultant-side supervision experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and landscape quality standards.
• Familiarity with DM, RTA, and other authority requirements.
• Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications with strong reporting and communication skills.
