Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Landscape Maintenance Engineer to manage multiple softscape maintenance projects across Jeddah, ensuring operational excellence, contractual compliance, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple softscape maintenance projects ranging from small to large-scale sites.
- Lead and supervise maintenance supervisors and site teams, ensuring performance improvement and adherence to project specifications and contract requirements.
- Monitor plant health, fertilization programs, pest control, and irrigation system performance.
- Ensure proper water management and irrigation efficiency.
- Control manpower deployment and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor project costs, consumables, and operational budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and quality procedures.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and weekly reports when required.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
Education
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance projects
Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and plant management
