We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Site Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing on-site landscape works, coordinating with different disciplines, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys to assess land conditions, soil quality, elevations, and existing structures.
Coordinate survey data with design, civil, MEP, and irrigation teams to ensure accurate project execution.
Identify potential site obstacles and propose technical solutions before construction begins.
Ensure survey results align with approved landscape plans and actual site conditions.
Oversee and control the on-site implementation of landscape designs.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor daily site activities and provide technical guidance to site staff and labor.
Coordinate with landscape architects, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Work closely with irrigation, civil, and MEP teams for integrated landscape execution.
Conduct inspections to ensure work quality meets project standards.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges.
Verify material specifications and approve site deliveries.
Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Track labor, equipment, and material usage.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Report project status, challenges, and solutions to project managers.
Prepare and review all related site documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or site supervision.
Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and environmental standards.
Work Environment & Conditions
Primarily site-based at landscape project locations.
Frequent interaction with contractors, laborers, and consultants.
Outdoor work under varying weather conditions.
