Job purpose:
The role drives sustainable growth and profitability across the Large Animals portfolio, including vaccines, medications, and animal health products for ruminants, horses, and camels. Responsibilities include disciplined sales execution, robust customer engagement, and technical credibility within a performance-driven, compliant commercial environment. All activities are conducted in full alignment with the ethical standards and values of Tanmiah Food Company and DHV.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Market Development
- Achieve sales, margin, and collection targets for the Large Animals portfolio, including vaccines, medications, and feed additives, in accordance with Tanmiah's ethical standards and the DHV code of conduct.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities across key segments such as dairy farms, beef operations, equine centers, camel farms, distributors, wholesalers, veterinary clinics, and animal pharmacies.
- Expand customer acquisition and deepen engagement within existing accounts through structured and proactive account management.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and consistent CRM utilization to maintain pipeline visibility and ensure data integrity.
- Lead and coordinate participation in exhibitions, seminars, and field activities to enhance product visibility and technical positioning.
Customer Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinarians, farm owners, and procurement decision-makers, based on trust, transparency, and professionalism.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess customer needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment across supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.
- Proactively resolve customer issues related to product availability, delivery performance, and post-sales support, while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve defined performance objectives, consistently reflecting Tanmiah's values and ethical commitments.
- Foster a high-performance culture through clear targets, continuous feedback, and merit-based recognition.
- Ensure close collaboration with technical, marketing, and supply teams to deliver integrated market execution.
- Support ongoing capability development to strengthen technical expertise and field effectiveness
Product Promotion & Technical Support
- Promote assigned products effectively across customer segments.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers and distributors.
- Ensure correct product usage by working closely with technical specialists and suppliers.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions through CRM systems.
- Provide management with regular market feedback and recommendations for portfolio improvements.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Work closely with marketing to execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Support the Sales Director in developing national sales strategies and pricing frameworks.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant authorities requirements for animal health products.

Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Biology, or related field.
- Master's degree Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Biology, or related field would be desirable.
Experience:
- 5+ years of sales experience in animal health, feed additives, disinfectants, biosecurity solutions, or veterinary pharmaceuticals with proven ability to manage key accounts and meet revenue targets.
- Strong background in the poultry or livestock sector is highly preferred.
Professional Qualification:
- Professional certification or formal training from a regional or international recognized body in sales leadership, commercial management, and relevant animal health, feed, or poultry industry disciplines is preferred.
