Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Large Grocery Sales Manager with 80% firld visits and meetings and 20% at our location in 6th of October City. The Sales Manager will oversee large grocery accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and ensure achieving targeted sales goals. The role includes market analysis, team management, and ensuring product availability and visibility in stores. Strong coordination with marketing and supply chain teams is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, particularly in the large grocery or Q-commerce sector
  • Experience in team leadership, performance management, and relationship building
  • Knowledge of market analysis and sales strategy development
  • Proficiency in communication, organization, and reporting
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in handling premium Non-food goods is highly beneficial
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
