Laser Technician

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full body laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their skin concerns and treatment goals and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Educate clients on pre and post treatment care to ensure safe procedures and optimal results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment environment in line with clinic standards.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, client history, and progress.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by strictly following clinic policies,DOH guidelines, and treatment protocols.
• Support the promotion of clinic services and participate in marketing initiatives when required.
• Cross sell skincare products and recommend additional treatments when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• DOH License as a Laser Technician is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with laser equipment, safety procedures, and client care.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient appointments effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
