About the Role
The Last-Mile Delivery Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality service execution. The role is responsible for enhancing customer experience, improving delivery performance, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
About You
An ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery operations, including route planning, delivery execution, KPI management, SLA compliance, and driver performance management
- Proven hands-on experience managing large, high-volume delivery operations and coordinating both in-house and outsourced driver teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cost control
- Proficiency in delivery management systems, tracking platforms, and operational reporting tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, consistently meet service levels and operational targets, and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance
