Job Description:

• Need to monitor the overall Last Mile & RVP performance of all the countries and achieve the KPIs by close follow-up with couriers.
• Need to ensure that all B2C orders are getting attempted as per TAT which we have given to customer.
• Need to push courier partner to achieve the delivery & pickup target based on daily MIS report.
• Need to ensure same day connectivity for all country shipments.
• Need to monitor O2A & O2D of all countries to have faster delivery experience.
• Need to drive last mile operation along through the 3PL courier partner and ensure that all key delivery metrics, delivery and returns Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved for STYLI orders.
• Driving an effective proactive approach method to customers and ensuring rich customer experience
• Books closure of each month with 100% accuracy
• Need to ensure courier partner invoices are paid without any delay
• Need to provide RCA & CAPA for delivery & pickup escalation and ticket creation % should be <1%
• Need to Create daily /weekly/monthly MIS reports to ensure all KPIs & SLAs are as per set standards

Qualification & Experience:

• You are Graduate with 3-5 years of E-commerce Last mile operations experience.
• You should have direct management experience with 3PL service providers and their employees.
• You have Proactive service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a - hands-on- /- can-do- approach.
• You have an in-depth understanding of Last mile operation systems and technology.
• You work well under pressure and always deliver to tight deadlines.
• You're excellent at adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are extremely organized.
• You create opportunities, overcome obstacles and think outside the box
