Laundry Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experiencedto support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Laundry Assistant Manager, you'll support the laundry operations and ensure efficient processing, quality standards, and smooth day-to-day laundry services for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist in managing daily laundry operations

. Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and distribution of hotel linens and uniforms

. Monitor laundry quality standards and operational efficiency

. Supervise laundry colleagues and support daily task allocation

. Ensure laundry equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently

. Monitor inventory of laundry chemicals, linens, and supplies

. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support operational needs

. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures

. Support pre-opening laundry setup and operational readiness

Qualifications

. Previous experience in laundry operations within hotels

. Good leadership and team coordination skills

. Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards

. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

. Attention to detail and operational standards

. Good communication and interpersonal skills
