We are looking for an experienced
Laundry Assistant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the
Laundry Assistant Manager, you'll support the laundry operations and ensure efficient processing, quality standards, and smooth day-to-day laundry services for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily laundry operations
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and distribution of hotel linens and uniforms
- Monitor laundry quality standards and operational efficiency
- Supervise laundry colleagues and support daily task allocation
- Ensure laundry equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently
- Monitor inventory of laundry chemicals, linens, and supplies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support operational needs
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
- Support pre-opening laundry setup and operational readiness
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in laundry operations within hotels
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and operational standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication
