Summary

We are looking for an experienced Laundry Assistant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Laundry Assistant Manager, you'll support the laundry operations and ensure efficient processing, quality standards, and smooth day-to-day laundry services for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily laundry operations
  • Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and distribution of hotel linens and uniforms
  • Monitor laundry quality standards and operational efficiency
  • Supervise laundry colleagues and support daily task allocation
  • Ensure laundry equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently
  • Monitor inventory of laundry chemicals, linens, and supplies
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
  • Support pre-opening laundry setup and operational readiness

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in laundry operations within hotels
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and operational standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication
