Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer position based in Riyadh. The role involves providing legal counsel and representation for the company, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, handling legal disputes, and assisting in resolving any regulatory or governance matters. The Lawyer will also collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on various business operations and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law and labor low
• Proficiency in Legal Research, Document Drafting, and Contract Negotiation
• Experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Requirements
• Proven skills in Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Attention to Detail and a High Level of Confidentiality
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
• A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent is mandatory; a Master's degree (LLM) is a plus
• Admittance to the Bar Association or equivalent certification
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry is advantageous
