Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Soundlines Group in Riyadh. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters, providing counsel on business operations, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role will involve ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business initiatives.

At least three years experience in the laws of the Saudi Labor Ministry, The General Organization for Social Insurance, Zakat and Tax. Proficiency in English Writing and Speaking Located in Saudi Arabia

• Knowledge of corporate law and regulations
• Litigation and dispute resolution experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Experience in the construction or business industries is a plus
• Law degree from an accredited institution
