About the Job:
We're hiring an LC Solution Architect Team Leader to support sales teams with strong technical expertise in security, communication, and automation systems. The role involves solution design, customer engagement, technical presentations, and proposal support to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives related to Light Current systems.
- Design and customize integrated Light Current solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, clearly highlighting system features and benefits.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system designs, specifications, and pricing.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, define sales strategies, and support deal closure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project requirements, and technical specifications.
- Stay up to date with the latest Light Current technologies and industry standards to continuously enhance solution offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Light Current pre-sales or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling.
- Proven experience in designing and developing Light Current solutions and ELV systems.
- Hands-on experience conducting site surveys and preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
- Solid background in providing technical support during bidding processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
