Overview
This role is responsible for lead a Transportation team, playing a key role in providing and interface between SC stakeholders and internally supporting the SC Operations in daily business, as well as managing the learning and development process of the team. In addition the role holder will be supporting on tasks related to KPI monitoring and performance assessment and coordinating the team's work with the BU stakeholders and other cross functional hub leaders. Finally the role will be supporting systems development and adaptation activities from the team. The lead will play a key role within the wider team to bring together simplification of processes, looking for continuous improvements and ways to improve the GBS deliverables for EMEA markets.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the Transport Support teams in the Hub.
- Manage the learning and Development process of the Hub team.
- Coordinate work with BU stakeholders and cross functional Hub leaders.
- Monitor KPIs and assess performance.
- Support systems development and adaptation from the team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken C1), any additional European language is a plus.
- Bachelors in Engineering or management (Mech/Electr/Chem/Industrial)
- Strong Transportation experience
- 7 years experience demonstrated via managing and coaching a team
- SC Operational business management knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and active problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel & Analytics tools and SAP
