Overview

We are seeking an experienced LDSC Assistant (Vehicles Dispatcher) with a strong background in waste collection or facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, optimizing routes, ensuring timely and efficient collection services while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and dispatch vehicles and drivers for daily waste collection operations
• Monitor vehicle movements using GPS/tracking systems and ensure adherence to assigned routes
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and operations teams to resolve delays or operational issues
• Ensure maximum vehicle utilization and minimal downtime
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip sheets and daily reports
• Communicate schedule changes, emergency requirements and breakdowns promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and local authority requirements
• Support fleet optimization, fuel control and productivity improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of vehicle routing, collection schedules and fleet coordination
• Experience using GPS tracking, dispatch software or fleet management systems
• Good communication skills in English, Urdu and Hindi. (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools)
• Knowledge of UAE roads and municipal regulations is preferred

Qualification

• Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Vehicle Dispatcher in waste management, facilities management, logistics or industrial sector.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE is essential.
