We're hiring: Lead – AI Engineering, Automation & Digital Transformation
Location: UAE
We're looking for a hands-on AI leader to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, intelligent automation and digital transformation from strategy through to production.
Key experience:
* 6+ years across AI/ML, automation and digital transformation
* Leadership of cross-functional technical teams
* Python, LangChain/LangGraph and agentic AI
* Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and Databricks
* Power Automate, UiPath and Azure AI services
* RAG, MLOps, document intelligence and workflow automation
* Integration of AI agents with ERP, CRM and BI platforms
* Responsible AI, security and governance
* Use-case discovery, business-case development and measurable ROI
* Strong C-level stakeholder management
