Perform tasks and other responsibilities related to work as assigned.
Follow up on updates on the organizational structure of all RTA departments in all new bulletins and circulars or changes in posts and grades, and reflect them in the relevant regulations and reports.
Preparing and designing a dashboard and feeding it with data related to the Authority's workforce on a regular basis.
Prepare analytical studies related to human resources planning in accordance with local and international best practices, and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions to the department manager and the department manager.
Prepare a job analysis tool for all available jobs in accordance with approved structures and business responsibilities.
Monitor, measure and analyze the department's performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and make the most important recommendations to the department director and the department manager.
Manage, design and implement projects related to data planning and talent attraction in accordance with the project management policy approved by the Authority, and provide periodic reports on the progress of work therein.
Ensure compliance with the Human Resources Legislation issued by the Government of Dubai Human Resources Department or the Authority's internal policies related to workforce planning processes.
Providing support in committees and teams related to the work of the Planning and Attracting Competencies and Formation Section at the level of the Authority.
Extract all types of reports related to RTA employees from the (GRP) system, coordinate with the IT department regarding the system and address the related obstacles.
Prepare and continuously update data records related to work procedures in the Talent Planning and Attraction Department, including information related to grades, job titles, transfers, promotions, replacements, job descriptions, and others.
Working on developing the management and analysis of human resources data, verifying the accuracy of the data available in the system, and completing and updating all information and data related to employees in the (GRP) system in coordination with the organizational units in the Authority.
Provide support in reviewing studies, tools, and analysis records related to HR needs, job descriptions, job evaluations, career and career plans, and everything related to the work of the Talent Planning and Attraction Department.
Prepare and design work files, tools, and analytical reports related to business processes in the Talent Planning and Attraction Department, such as analyzing job burdens and requirements.
Prepare monthly reports on the progress of work in the procedures, projects, and initiatives of the Planning and Talent Attraction Section and submit them to the Department Manager and the Director of the Department.
Prepare, design, and develop periodic forms for specialized documents and reports related to workforce planning and budgeting, and provide appropriate recommendations using the approved forms, and display, clarify, and save them in the database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
Manage and extract employee data from the relevant systems, analyze it, ensure its quality and accuracy, and submit it to the concerned organizational units or data requester at the Authority, and ensure that it is completed and sent on time.
Dealing with all challenges related to the GRP system, studying them, and finding appropriate solutions for them in coordination with Digital Dubai.
Manage, develop and update the GRP system and the data contained in it in coordination with Digital Dubai.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to generate the cost center code in the system (GRP) and update the cost codes in the concerned system.
Verify and monitor the granting of authority in the GRP system at the level of the Authority with regard to human resources.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university - with 5 years of work experience.
