Job Description

Lead the full testing lifecycle across global SAP programs, covering test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, reporting, regression cycles, automation strategy, and communication protocols.

Define and operate the Test Factory model, organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities for test managers, leads, and testers, supported by clear RACI matrices to ensure accountability and operational efficiency.

Implement quality gates, and metrics frameworks to ensure consistent delivery quality, traceability, and client satisfaction across all test phases.

Develop and maintain a scalable skills matrix and resource capability model to support workforce planning.

Establish and manage the Defect Lifecycle process, including escalation paths integrated with project governance, release management, and change control workflows.

Lead readiness and onboarding for new engagements, ensuring all tools, processes, environments, and resources are prepared for seamless SAP test execution across functional areas including O2C, P2P, O2P, R2R, M2C, and BI.

Facilitate alignment sessions with delivery teams, core solution teams, program leadership, and client stakeholders to optimize coverage, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Champion business continuity planning, implementing backup strategies and resource contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted testing services across global engagements.

Manage and coordinate teams of 20+ SAP testers and test leads, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, risk mitigation plans, and overall program objectives.

Engage with senior and executive management, presenting test strategies, risk assessment

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an SAP Financial Consultant with hands-on experience in digital transformation projects
  • Communication on executive level
  • Experience in global environments

Individual support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more businessorindustry domains. Individual is responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle and leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings.
