As a Lead Concept Architect reporting to the Head of Concepts, you will have the opportunity to lead the concept design of luxury hotel developments, shaping the architectural vision from initial idea through concept stage. You will develop innovative and distinctive design concepts, explore massing, form, planning and architectural narratives, and work closely with the design team to create compelling hospitality experiences. You will play a key role in establishing the overall design direction while ensuring concepts align with the project vision, market positioning and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development of hospitality projects, from concept to execution.
• Create and present innovative design concepts that enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure design goals are met.
• Oversee the integration of design elements with operational requirements and brand identity.
• Utilize BIM and AutoCAD to develop detailed design plans and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Extensive experience in hospitality design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in BIM and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong creative vision and problem-solving abilities.
